Born prematurely at just 1 lb 13 oz, Mr. Arnow has always been driven to defy expectations. He has been in the field of safety for almost 5 years. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2021. He currently studies at the school of business and economics at UW-Whitewater.

He is a Board Certified Safety Professional, having his CSP, ASP, OHST, and CIT. He is an avid learner and hopes to obtain his doctorate.

He has a variety of industry experiences and helps interpret laws so organizations can achieve positive results, while also working with customer-centric teams to explore what is impossible and make them possible.
