Mr. Arnow graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2021 and is on track to complete his Master’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater in 2026. He is a Board Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and has a long-term goal of serving as an expert witness in the field of safety and environmental health.

Cody Youshock is an experienced, committed, versatile, dependable, low maintenance, and highly talented Environmental, Health, and Safety Professional and complex problem solver with a demonstrated history of working in the EHS program management and consulting industries as a board Certified Industrial Hygienist, Safety Professional, and Hazardous Materials Manager.

He currently serve as the Business Operations ("Biz Ops") Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics Lead for SpaceX's talented Environmental, Health, and Safety Organization. He has the “Be there” mindset which prompts evaluating client and employee concerns while maintaining a customer-driven focus environment.
